Homemade Horlicks

Ingredients

Wheat grains : 1 cup

Almonds ,Cashew, Pista : Handfull

peanuts : Halfcup

Lump sugar : According to taste

Preparation process

Soak wheat grains for 12 hours then rise them and keep them for sprouting .Dry the sprouted wheat grains (or) roast them over medium flame .Roast peanuts,almonds,cashew,pista.

Grind the wheat grains into fine powder and collect the powder using sieve and repeat the same process for rest of the ingredients and mix them all .Store it in glass jar for regular use which is free from all chemicals,added sugars and other harmful colors and ingredients . 🙂
